Elbow Macaroni Recipe
We see different varieties of pasta and all types of pasta share one common thing they are made of, the durum wheat. The short curved shape pasta is known as elbow Macaroni. This short-sized pasta is more popular for salad recipes. Here I am sharing the Elbow Macaroni Recipe that I usually make with a variety of vegetables and sometimes add meat to it. You can add any type of meat depends on your choice but chicken is mostly used because it takes less cooking time.
The sauces like soya sauce, chili sauce vinegar, and Chinese salt in this recipe are the seasoning sauces. The following ingredients are for 4 servings.

Add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil to a pan. When the oil heats up then add the ginger-garlic paste and stir it.
Next, add the meat. here I am using 1 cup of mutton. Stir and cook it on medium flame till it is tender.
Add green peas followed by cabbages and carrots. Add salt, Chinese salt is optional, vinegar, chili sauce, and soya sauce a teaspoon of each sauce and stir.
Meanwhile, boil the Macaroni in water with salt and remove it from heat and drain it when the macaroni is al dente.
Add these to the vegetable and mix well and then add 1/4 cup of tomato ketchup and a tablespoon of chili flakes. Mix the whole mixture.
Next, add the spring onions and capsicum and leave with the lid on low heat for 10 minutes like any other dish you would leave to simmer. This recipe comes out very delicious like any other pasta dish.
