Bean Salad Recipe
I made this Bean Salad recipe and found it delicious, healthy, and filling. I try experimenting with Salads and make any such salad once every week. Salad is a healthy option and I find that it has less cleanup, and it gives me a break from everyday cooking hassle. We can always add a variety of vegetables to increase the nutrition level and serve it as a whole meal.
For the two serving of this bean salad recipe, I used the following ingredients
Bean Salad Recipe Ingredients:
Boiled beans 1 cup
Chilies 3
Capsicum 1
Tomatoes 2
sprouted onions 2 you can use scallions
Dressing:
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 1/2 tbsp
Salt per taste
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Directions:
1. Soak beans overnight and boil without adding salt.
2. Cut the vegetables into the desired shape.
3.To a bowl add all the vegetables with the beans.
4. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well
5. Refrigerate for an hour for salad and dressing to combine well and serve the bean salad in your favorite platter or bowl.
