Fruit Salad Recipe
We can make Fruit salad with a variety of seasonal fruits. From juicy oranges and pomegranates, the red rubies of autumn, the grapes, and apples in fall to peaches and figs in summers. You can add any fruit of your choice to your salad. For this fruit salad recipe that I am making I have used the following ingredients
Fruit Salad Recipe Ingredients
Apple 1 medium-sized
Pomegranate 1 cup
Banana 1 large
Guava 2 medium-sized
Cream 2 tbsp.
Direction
1. Peel off the apple, guava, and banana but you can also add apple and guava without peeling except for the banana.
2. Cut the fruits into cubes. Cutting shape depends on your choice but the same size and shape give a beautiful look to the fruit salad.
3. Add a cup of pomegranate seeds and mix all the fruits in a bowl.
4. To a bowl add 2 tablespoons of cream and whip it.
Put all the fruits over the cream and mix till the cream coats evenly. You can add more cream if you like but for us, this was enough for the two servings of this fruit salad.
The salad is ready to serve. The cream can be replaced with some orange juice. Generally, the cold fruits are best for this salad, but you can keep the salad can in the fridge for some time before serving. Beware, the color of fruits may change if you keep them longer, especially the apples which get brown overtime.
