Bean Salad

I made this Bean Salad and found it really tasty, healthy and filling. It try a Salad in my diet once in a week as it is a  a healthy option, it has less cleanup and it gives me a break from everyday cooking hassle. We can always add a variety of vegetables to increase the nutrition level and serve it as a whole meal.
For this particular salad I used
Ingredients:
1 cup boiled beans
3 Chile
1 capsicum
2 tomatoes
2 sprouted onions
Dressing:
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions:
1. Soak beans overnight and boil without adding salt.
2. Cut the vegetables into desired shape.
3. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well
4. Refrigerate for an hour for salad and dressing to combine well and serve the bean salad in your favorite platter or bowl.
